The Lyng, West Bromwich

This contract carried out for John Mowlem & Sons Limited at West Bromwich in the West Midlands included the construction of these galvanised and curved balcony structures and handrails to this prestigious architectural contract.

These structures were rolled to radius off site and powder coated after fabrication and superficially fixed to the masonry structure.

Sandy Lane, Coventry

This contract carried out for Barrett Homes in Coventry continued the design theme of the balcony structures fitted at The Lyng, West Bromwich (see above). The Architect on both contracts was Roger Dudley and Associates who featured the same external appearance on this contract for these straight sided balcony structures.

The Paradigm, Shirley, West Midlands

This contract carried out for Willmott Dixon Limited at Shirley in the West Midlands included the fabrication and construction on site of a tubular stainless steel canopy with stainless
steel tie rod supports vertically raked back to
the structural steel frame. The design allowed
for a natural sag in the frame under it’s own weight and the weight of the glass.
